Deerhound - Nationale Eleevage FIWC Winner Show at Le Touquet

The Oelmühle Deerhounds had a memorable day at the Nationale Eleevage FIWC Winner Show at Le Touquet breed show under renowned breed specialist Mrs. Joan Wragg of the Neroche Deerhounds. Best male and Best in Show was Kilbourne Kaine to Oelmuehle, Ch Barnesmore Energy of Life won Champion class and BOS to Kaine .

Kilbourne Oh Sweet Lorraine to Oelmuehle won Open Bitch, CACS and reserve Best Bitch. Both,
Energy and Lorraine are owned in partnership with Wolfgang and Viola Muller. 
Best in Breeders Group was awarded to Energy, along with her sister Envogue and brother Embassador. 

I would also like to mention Ch Earl Grey von der Oelmuhle who is the sire of both Energy, Lorraine, Envogue, Embassador and the grandsire of Kaine. This is Kaine,s second Best in Show in the past few weeks. Having won under Mr Uli Peilar from Ireland at the German Deerhound Breed Show. Thank you to both judges for recognising the quality of our hounds and a big thank you to Mick and Glenis Peach for entrusting us with such wonderul hounds. Thanks also to my two excellent handlers, Pasqual and Maarten without whom I could not have managed. Finally congratulations to Frederick Maison and his super team for putting on such a wonderful IW Congress and Show. The French team certainly made us proud.
